I've been gone a couple of days at a conference that is held in a casino, lol. The food is good and they provide a good variety so I loaded up on salad's and skipped the veggies that looked like they were overcooked. The only bad thing is the cigarette smoke since they can smoke in there. When that happens there is no such thing as a non-smoking side. On our lunch break we went out and walked the perimeter of the casino. I made the best choices I could now to burn off and flush out the extra sodium.
And it snowed here over night, yea!!!
