Yesterday I exercised for the first time in about 2 weeks, and I am a little sore today but not bad. It felt good. I put batteries in my exercise bike, wiped off the dust and I had 30 minutes down before I knew it. One step in the right direction.
We have lot's of goodies in our house and I talked myself out of several of them yesterday. Here's to repeating that today.
