I met my water goal today... and got the scariest scale reading of my life today. 250lbs! this morning was 244.6. I habe never ever fluctuated 6lbs in one day. I'm really hoping that when I wake up in the morning I will be back down to 244. 🤞

I prefer once a week. Monday before my coffee/breakfast. There's no wrong time, just stay consistent.

I feel like I have to check constantly to remind myself not to cheat, plus I'm crazy curious about little fluctuations and the causes. I'm really analytical. Plus, I don't trust myself at all, so the reminder of dude - this is what the scale says helps... I think. maybe it doesnt. Maybe I will try in April to weigh myself only on say, Sunday, and stick with counting calories, and trust myself. It would be a good experiment at least.

Water fluctuations are normal. I would have been shocked also but if you are sticking to a calorie deficit it will all work out (pun intended). Just be patient.
