Survived a family party without going for the carbs, and stayed full the whole time. I could have eaten less, but I did not go for the bad stuff. That is great considering the falls I've had the past 2 days. The quote of the century is "It happened, learn from it, and move on". For everything. Anxiety is finding its hold on me again but I am trying to stick it out, especially with exercise. I rewarded myself for making it through the family party without carbs by...doing some more kettlebell swings! I think my form is getting better, but the heaviest bell I have at home is 40, and I use a 53 at the gym, so we will see next time I swing at the gym. My running is getting better I think in part kettlebell and part running, definitely not just because of running. The first time I ran about 3 or 4 weeks ago, it took about 25 minutes walking/running to complete a mile, yesterday it took 18 minutes, and for the most part it was running. Also, I have not bought new pants since changing my eating and exercise habits and I did not realize exactly how big my clothes have become until I bought a new pair tonight, I lost about 2 1/2 pant sizes!
