I am still struggling with atkins, I have been sticking by it and I haven't lost any weight in days but I sem to be losing inches. I have noticed that my clothes are a little bit more loose this week and I took my measurement and I have lost 2 inches in my waist This is great but why isant the scale moving? Seems like ever since I started atkins I spent most of my time revamping my diet to make sure I am getting the right balsnce of fat, proteins, and carbs!I guess I need to find a way to get back into ketosis!
