Not doing good at all. I recently put on a pound and then after visiting my sister and eating enchiladas I gained another pound. Now to start all over again and try ot lose these 2 pounds and hopefully more!

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 June 2012:
1184 kcal Fat: 71.72g | Prot: 102.11g | Carb: 31.53g.   Breakfast: spinach, eggs, grilled pork chop, splenda, black coffee, half and half. Lunch: tomato paste, eggplant, cheese, pepperoni. Dinner: half and half, cauliflower, broccolli, london broil. Snacks/Other: sugar free jello. more...
