Well, two days of tracking my food and being completely honest. It's easy to see why I gained all the weight back. Except for the beer last night all I've had is water, unsweet tea, or coffee. I even got a fountain diet soda today and poured it out to get unsweet tea. One step at a time...

It's so hard to get back on track. I've also struggled, it helps to know that I am not the only one. Well done on the drinks choice! It it an important step, especially if you usually drink lots of sodas. I raise my unsweetened tea to our success!
