午餐:3塊炸雞、1/2杯萵苣沙拉(未加醬)
晚餐:5顆蕃茄、1大匙奶油
運動:爬山(11公里/2小時)、健走(3公里/30分鐘)、伏地挺身(6x5下/10分鐘;6x5下/10分鐘)、滾輪(6x5下/10分鐘;6x5下/10分鐘)、仰臥起坐(25x2下/3分鐘;25x2下/3分鐘)
心得:很開心,終於有時間去外面透透氣

Weight: 235.2 lb (-0.6)
Body fat: 32.0 (-0.5)
Breakfast: 5 cherry tomatoes; 1 cup of coffee
Lunch: 3 pieces of fried chicken; 0.5 cups of lettuce salad without dressing
Dinner: 5 cherry tomatoes; 1 tbsp. butter
Exercise: hiking (7 miles/2 hours); walk (1.8 miles/30 minutes); push-ups (6x5/10 minutes; 6x5/10 minutes); abs roller (6x5/10 minutes; 6x5/10 minutes); sit-ups (25x2/3 minutes; 25x2/3 minutes)
Feeling: really happy as I finally got the time to go out and breathe some fresh air
233.7 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Looks good Leon! but I worry you’re not eating enough...1200 cals or under is too low and I’d hate you to slow your metabolism because of it. Just my uneducated opinion though...if your weight loss starts to stall, try eating more! Best wishes my friend!

@momma6224, thanks You're right. I should eat more in case my metabolism slows down. That's actually very helpful information. More haste less speed. I should've taken it slow.

I admire your goal but you are not eating enough and loosing weight too fast. Try eating healthier foods and more calories. Lose it slower and keep the weight of! You will feel much better too. Good luck!!
