午餐:1條烤櫛瓜、3片培根、0.5條炸蝦、0.5片炸魚、1條炸茄子
晚餐:1碗蘿蔔豬肉湯(五花肉、香菇、金針菇、豆腐)、10顆蕃茄
運動:室內腳踏車(16公里/30分鐘)、健走(6公里/1小時)、伏地挺身(6x5下/10分鐘;6x5下/10分鐘)、滾輪(6x5下/10分鐘;6x5下/10分鐘)、仰臥起坐(25x2下/3分鐘;25x2下/3分鐘)
心得:今天熱量還是太低,明天會多攝取一點(奇怪的是我不餓)

Weight: 233.7 lb (-1.5)
Body fat: 32.5 (+0.5)
Breakfast: 7 cherry tomatoes; 1 cup of coffee
Lunch: 1 baked zucchini; 3 slices of bacon; 0.5 fried prawns; 0.5 fillets of fried fish; 1 fried eggplant; 2 tbsp. olive oil
Dinner: 1 cup of Japanese radish soup with pork, tofu, and mushrooms; 10 cherry tomatoes
Exercise: indoor cycling (9.9 miles/30 minutes); walk (3.7 miles/1 hour); push-ups (6x5/10 minutes; 6x5/10 minutes); abs roller (6x5/10 minutes; 6x5/10 minutes); sit-ups (25x2/3 minutes; 25x2/3 minutes)
Feeling: I'm still not eating enough and will increase my calorie intake tomorrow (weird thing is I wasn't hungry at all)
233.7 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This looks good!! Increasing your calories a bit might help you lose in the long run?? I stall fast if I go too low but I hear ya about not being hungry. Some days I’m more hungry than others. You’re doing so well!!

Yes, I would increase my calories today and prepare myself for this long-running battle. It was not exactly not feeling "hungry;" it was more like I was so preoccupied with something else that I neglected those hunger pangs. I'll do better and lose weight in a healthy way. Thanks so much!

@momma6224, Seriously, please give me advice whenever you want or feel the need to. I'm new to healthy weight loss and will need some information along the way. Thanks again. 😃 @marshkanady, Thanks, and it tastes good just as well.😉 @CoachKitty, I agree. They are juicy, sweet, and low in carbs. I can't think of any other fruit that so perfectly matches LCHF diets. 😁
