Today is the first day I'm really going to kick off my diet and exercise program! I see I've gained way to much weight since I was last on here (+26 lbs :O). That is depressing. This next week is going to be hard for me to keep with a healthy diet, since I'll be moving and everything is getting packed up into boxes, including my kitchen gadgets (oh no!). I'll see what I can do. For sure though, I'm going to keep up with my exercise routine. What I have been doing is three, 1 hour yoga sessions and 3, varies cardio sessions in a week. Sunday being my rest day. I tried out Kickboxing today, though, it was really only boxing what I did. My ankle hurt to much for me to do the whole 72 minutes of it so I only did a half an hour. I'll wrap my ankle next time and see how far I can get. I'm not to heart broken, I have only just begun this journey. Every day I will get stronger and healthier.
