Fat: 64.00g | Prot: 88.55g | Carb: 237.98g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milk, Raisin bran, Water. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Iced Tea, Mayonnaise, Mozzarella Cheese, Salami, Yellow Mustard. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Roasted Potato. Snacks/Other:  milk, Milk (Nonfat), Oreo cookie, Strawberry Twizzlers, Toaster Strudel.
