Fixed up four of these for the next four days. Something I came take out and snack on. 294 calories. I can set it on the counter in the afternoon when I want to munch on something and have it already prepared and measured out.

Their is a pic of a camera on the journal where you enter the food for the meal. Click on that. It is at the bottom when you click on lunch for example.

Cool, will have to try. My problem is the desire to have snacks through out the day and not blow past my goals for intake.

Great idea. Looks yummy. I often smack on red bell pepper strips or radishes, not only to keep appetite in check, but for the nutrition.

looks amazing. i'd add 2T of 35cal/T coffee creamer to a cup of coffee and that would be a meal for me though. not a snack. I eat 3 400cal meals in a day.

Wraps are spinach tortillas, plain cream cheese and on slice of smoked Turkey meat rolled up and sliced.

Awesome idea for the roll-ups! I made one tonight using 1/2 regular flour tortilla (15 carbs), plain whipped cream cheese, smoked honey turkey, spinach and a baby dill pickle. SO good! thanks for the idea 😁
