It actually is a good thing, because when you lose 5lbs and more. Which all of you will! You can look back and be like “yeah that 5lbs of fat? Psh I lost that b*tch! “😌 😉

When you lose weight, I don’t think you actually lose fat cells. They lose much of the energy storage, making them smaller in size if I’m not mistaken. But the number of fat cells remain constant after you switch from brown fat, I think.

Body fat is actually lost through various ways in the body, such as vapor when we breath

Just saw this post. This is proof that muscle doesn't "weigh more than fat", it simply proves that muscle is much denser than fat, hence smaller. I'm slowly working my way to the muscle side.
