11 stone, down from 12 stone 3lb my second goal 👍🏻 Really happy to be fitter and lighter than I was at 29.
Another 30 days before I depart to Indonesia celebrate my 50th birthday and hopefully a few more lbs off but minor surgery today means no gym for a week.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
