Okonomiyaki~ I've been wanting to try this recipe. It turned out pretty well. I'm saving this to have this half of the recipe for lunch. I ate the other for breakfast.

Okonomiyaki. It's a "savory pancake". It's made with cabbage, eggs, water, soy sauce, and flour as the base. And many other things. There are a million recipes for it. 😇 I heard there was a way to make it with salmon, so I gave that a wack today. The result was good~
