Whoda thunk I'd worry about eating enough? Working to keep carbs around 100 and push the protein to more than the carbs each day. Weirdly, I am eating less and not close to RDI ! I know I need to eat to lose - metabolically.

I wish I had that problem...I love food and constantly struggle to keep it down to a manageable level.
