Mildly irritated with the scale this morning - not showing the loss I expected. But, staying with my basics for the day: tons of water, exercise, more protein than carbs when possible, and a positive outlook!

So true! I always get a bit miffed when i finish a successful (low cal & workout) day only to see the scale bump up after. It is quite disappointing! But keep this in mind: your scale is not a measure of how much healthier you are today vs yesterday!
