Reduced calorie intake about 3days ago as I noticed body fat increasing. Also adjusted to lower carb & fat intake. Got back down to 170.8 lbs on average & leaned out. Now taking creatine, pre-workout, & protein supplements & gained lean muscle mass.
171.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
