So I ate over my calorie limit but dinner was kind of unplanned. My fiance's car battery died so we had to take care of that. We couldn't really cook because then dinner would be way too late and the girls need to get to bed at a decent time. Ah well...I am not going to let it get me down. For the most part, I still ate fairly well and next time, I will not opt for the large fries lol! I am also making sure I get my tabata workout in along with my Pelvic Floor rebuilding workout and yoga. I am determined to make these workouts stick and the only way to do this is to do it so yeah. Even the little setbacks won't stop this momentum. :)
