Yesterday I ate about 1050 food calories and 600 beer calories. I told myself that as long as I dropped at least 0.4 lbs I would have beer today so I'm good to go! What good is all this hard work if you can't have a nice little reward at the end?
191.0 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
