not sure your calculations for calories burned is right!! I have done 15453 steps over 11.3 kilometres and burned 510 calories today 😕😕

If it’s on a Fitbit then it might be total calories which includes your bmr. Yesterday I did just shy of 20.5k steps and total calories was 3352. To be honest I don’t think comparisons between people and units are fair. I just consider my Fitbit as a relative measure for me, not the absolute truth.

As Phooka says step counters cannot be compared - My gear fit pro gives me steps fro combing my hair :D , From personal experience the Withings (now Nokia) step counter are the most accurate and will usually measure 10-20% below fitbit over 10,000 steps. As a side note studies have shown your more likely to stick to it if you can alter your lifestyle to hit your goals Mon-Fri with more relaxed goals on the weekend. I think this is because all work no play is just not fun long term.

Thank you very much to all of you for support. I do have Fitbit watch. I am not very active person as I am walking on crutches with a knee pain and back pain. But I do try to move my body, I do gym, at home do cardio exercises. Just wanted to show my chart as a prove that I am not only sitting on the sofa. As I am not moving much it is more difficult to lose some weight. I am sorry... 😢

Yelena, Don't be sorry, remember that it's changing your lifestyle to healthy eating which you can then carry on forever else it will pile back on. By all means enjoy treats but maybe try not to eat processed food or junk food. I try to cook from scratch so why not take a look at some of the recipe ideas on here and use the time you have on your hands to cook mass batches and freeze some?
