This is good news as I dropped a little more half a pound so now I have lost 25 pounds total and it feels great. I am still tempted at night to pork out with fatty foods but if I have really hot tea it seems to help and if I read. When I watch television the only thing I can think of is to eat more and more. Just have to be patient with myself and everyone else and be calm and keep reading that Bible. My sister is great as she reviews my diet and tells me where I am going wrong. Now it is on to 200 pounds and below. More exercise.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, I know that you don't know me, but this is helpful! I have noticed that if I watch TV or when I am on the computer I am likely to want to snack. The idea of hot tea is interesting. I also heard to eat 1 cracker with a tiny piece of cheese an some hot sauce followed by a glass of water. Hot sauce is supposed to keep hunger at bay. I am currently working on my first 25 lbs and am stuck at -10 lbs. Keep up the good work!
