Still learning how to take pics. LOL! I was using phone fs app, chose dinner to post a pic and 'Voila'! I guess it didn't post to dinner...

So... My Ogre and I had to go to the city and meet w/CPA to finalize our taxes. Time on our hands before our appt, so we went and had a nice time together over dinner at 'Cool Hand Luke's Steakhouse'. I enjoyed 1/2 of 10 oz prime rib, gave green beans to my Ogre (they were sweet), he gave me his steamed broccoli, picked out the croutons from my salad and ate 1/2, squeezed lemon in my unsweetened iced tea.

Weight the same this morning. I saw the scale number fluctuate down, got really excited, to watch them dial in on yesterday's number. I know my body is going to run out of sugar pretty soon. I think I will throw in some longer walks starting in the morning in between the rain.
