Although my weight went UP, my % BF went DOWN 1%. So I feel like I'm still moving in the right direction. Things tend to flucuate just a bit anyway when you weigh-in daily.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
