Week 9... I woke up this morning at 5:00a.m. and did a 20 minute work out. This is the first time I have exercised since starting Atkins. I will get my routine in place this week and stick to it. My arms feel like jello and my legs are wobbly and it was only 20 minutes of working out! Wow I am so out of shape!

Monday - Morning Workout
Tuesday - Morning Workout
Wednesday - Afternoon Workout
Thursday - Break
Friday - Morning Workout
Saturday - Evening Workout
Sunday - Break

I hope this will put me on the right path... I hope I will start seeing results.
