I cheated yesterday. I had a glass of white wine with dinner. My dinner was healthy - homemade spaghetti with ground sirloin meatballs and zucchini noodles - but I had some left over wine in the fridge and I couldn't resist. I stopped at one and I felt so guilty. The zucchini noodles are actually really good though. My boyfriend had them and actually agreed.

I am still working on getting my boyfriend to eat healthier with me. He is the pickiest eater I know so diet food is difficult. He loves to deep fry alot of stuff and he is always eating French Fries. It is hard to be around that but I have yet to cheat with french fries or the double chocolate cream pie we have in the freezer.

My weight is holding steady. I am a bit frustrated but I know that it is part of losing weight. I have lost 40 prior to joining fat secret and that took me about a 1 1/2 yrs. The closer you get to your goal, the harder it is because you are already eating healthy and trying to be more active. Working out is the hardest thing for me. I use all my will power to not eat what I want so that I have little left to make myself work out.

Grrrr...Being at a stead weight makes me cranky. That and I have been weening myself off of caffeine and today I have not had any. And I live on caffeine.

At this rate you will reach your goal in no time. Since you have been losing weight all along, you obviously know what you are doing, and a glass of wine is no big deal while you get yourself used to the SBD. Keep up the great work!

Are you weaning yourself off of caffeine for the diet or other reasons? I still have two cups of coffee in the morning, but I try to avoid caffeine the rest of the day.

For the diet. Can we have caffeine?? I haven't learned to live without it.
