Ok, seriously...this weight thing is annoying. My weight is 195 on some days them 197 then 196 then 195 then 198...and I am following the diet. I think the only thing that I cheat on is the coffee. Twice I have had a small amount of wine but it was a half of a wine glass. It is frustrating when you are on the part of the diet that is supposed to have rapid weight loss and I am not losing anymore.

I know that sometimes my weight loss doesn't show until the weekend but I think that is stupid. Why does my body do that??

I started pilates last night and this morning and that stuff is hard. I do have to admit that at 5:45 in the morning Denise Austin is highly annoying. She is so chipper and wants to see your smiling face and since I am not a morning person I have evil thoughts about her. But it seems like it should help. I am going to try to alternate walking/jogging in the AM with Pilates. Hopefully this will kick start my weight loss again.

Food log:
B: Fake French Toast, 2 cups of coffee with splenda
L: Salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, and rasp/walnut low sugar dressing
S: Tomato with salt and pepper
D: Choc Shake (cottage cheese, light soy milk, sf choc syrup, ice)

The fluctuations in weight are likely to be caused by fluctuations in the amount of water which your body retains. This depends on the types of foods that you eat and how active you are. It's completely normal at any stage of the diet. Good Luck!

Stay focused....it will happen. When people get frustrated with the scale my usual advice is stay off it for a bit....did you take measurements ? if not do it now and check those periodically...some people see great changes in measurements before seeing a huge movement in the scale. Like inches from their waists, thighs, and arms. Give it a shot. Its the whole idea about muscle weighing more than fat....your losing inches of fat while building muscle from working out....so your body changes, but the scale doesnt show it. :)
