I have the same problem. I am too tired to get up and work out and I am to exhausted after work to. But a couple months ago I decided to try something out. On Mondays and Wednesdays I wake up at 5:30am and go to the gym. Then on Tuesdays and Thursdays I go to the gym after work. So far this has been working real good for me. I am not completely wiped out and to help motivate me to go to the gym after work I put on good music on my car ride and that always gets my energy up! Good Luck

I walk in the evenings and what works for me is as soon as I get home, I change in to my walking clothes and put on my shoes. Even if I am not leaving for my walk for a another hour or so, it keeps me from getting too relaxed at home.

You could sign up for an exercise class, or get a buddy to exercise with you. I find that being accountable to someone else helps motivate me. For me the middle of the day is best for exercising. But, that's hard to make time and I know it'll be harder once school starts in the fall. My advice is find a time that works best for you and get someone else to help you stay on track.

Thank you for all the good advice. Having a buddy to work out with sound perfect so I will work on making friends with someone at the gym. All my friends do not work out. Thanks again!

While I was still in college, the easiest thing was to sign up for an exercise class. I had to attend and get a good grade to keep my GPA acceptable, plus it helped meet the general education requirements for the program I was in.

That sounds awesome. I will see if my school has one of these. Thanks!
