I'M SO GLAD TO BE BACK!

Hi all, I haven't been on here for awhile. I had my third child nine months ago & I ready to be accountable for my diet & exercise. I've lost about 50 lbs since then. I'm on the Atkins 20 & getting great results. I'm so ready for summer & to get my body back. I hope you all are having a nice & wonderful day!

156.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
