Good morning and why are you frustrated? I looked at your journal your doing great, then I looked at your food journal. I would suggest if I may, dropping some of those carbs. You need a caloric deficit to lose and I don't see any for the last week. You can obtain this thru less calories or by exercise! Good luck Sweetie hope this helps!
