I don’t see how Apple Watch and the Health app has me burning that many calories.

Then there’s the Pillow app: it has me being in REM sleep when I am awake.

LOL - I think technology is not quite "there" yet, at least not for the price we pay for some of these devices. I try not to get too caught up in quantifying every little thing I do and relying on that information for guidance as my ultimate goal is to have my actions (eating, sleeping, exercise) be a natural part of life, not a "program." I really need to be in touch with my body, not have it dictated to every moment.

I kind a wish the watch would dictate more. It’s very easy to disregard, particularly when it’s 1 1/2 hours past bedtime and a notification states, “You can get a 30 minutes walk in...”

Hahaha. I bought a fitbit several years ago - a lot of money- and soon realized that unless I wanted MORE time on the computer it was doing no more than my $10 pedometer. At thay time I was spending 30 hours at the computer and definitely didn't want any more. 🤣
