Added Starbucks unsweetened black iced tea, 30 oz size. It has hidden sugar at 19 grams. This is what has been stalling me. No more Starbucks unsweetened tea.


My daughters and grandkidlings are visiting til Monday! Makes me so happy. Went shopping at the mall for granddaughter's birthday gift. Had an awesome time.

Even though I was out and about I stayed on plan. For dinner I made chicken, veggies, mashed potatoes for them, and cauliflower cheesy rice for me. Eldest daughter made brownies, and no... I did not touch them or even want them.

I did lots of walking today. Maybe the scale will be kind to me tomorrow.
