Happy Wednesday Fabulous Followers!

So, can anyone tell me HOW raw tuna has carbs? We are going to Kona Grill for V-Day dinner and I am reviewing the menu and logging ahead.

Tuna sashimi is RAW tuna yet when I log it into FS it shows carbs! What the heck?

If I just log "tuna sashimi" - no carbs. Kona Grill tuna sashimi has 18 carbs! It may be the stuff they serve with it...wasabi, ginger?

Oh well, trying to eat raw fish, a little soup, edamame, and just two small pieces of salmon with rice. Possible a glass of wine but may not even have that! In fact, I would rather spend the calories on a PROTEIN shake! Better choice and nutrition!

*Longer range body fat goal is 22% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain Idiot Box at 160lbs staying under goal weight by end of 2018
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

Interested to know how much it’s showing. I’ve seen pork with carbs recorded before now (pork meat, not sausages that is). Dunno! Maybe someone somewhere is counting the glycogen in the muscle but surely that wouldn’t amount to much? Mind you, I’ve seen entries for avocados in the food database that record virtually no fat and virtually no fibre!

Phooka - Ahh, I will ask before I order it. I just want the raw tuna...

The ginger has carbs. I don’t know about the wasabi, don’t eat it, but ginger is a high carb spice. 🤷🏻‍♀️
