I actually just sautéed the chicken breast in olive oil and added a container of organic pacific brand red pepper and tomato soup. Then added some parsley and basil seasoning, and salt and pepper for taste.
You can roll it up with some extra garlic or onions for a more potent flavor, I just kept it simple for my hubby. Although I did add cumin and chili pepper 👍🏾
