huge error leaving excess birthday Cake around from Tuesday. Three pound weight gain in 3 days . It stinks when I know how hard I worked to get those three ponds off. I WILL NOT MAKE THAT SAME MISTAKE AGAIN.
221.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Cake is one of those foods that I just can't leave alone if it's in the house. I've been trying to give it away if we have a lot left over, but sometimes you just can't even do that. I'm sure you'll get those 3 pounds off in no time, you know how to do it. Good luck!!

for me it's so hard to giv it away cuz my mom prepares it and we always have some around the kitchen. believ me it's hard to control myself sometimes i just allow myself one piece for breakfast. but what to do when the craving comes at night..
