:) good thoughts!! I think hitting golf balls in extra humidity counts for at least 2 more points because it takes more effort to get the club through the air (...maybe...no?). Take the weekend, enjoy it guiltless and then you and I are going to get back on the wagon first thing Tuesday morning!

I avoided pizza night yesterday at my boyfriend's, found steamed veggies in the freezer and got pork chops... But once in a while, pizza is good!! Enjoy your holiday weekend, don't worry too much about the weight it will come off, as long as you keep working on it!

They bought pizza for a working lunch yesterday - so I couldn't/didn't avoid it. But I ate a pretty small dinner, so I figure it works. But it tasted *so good* yesterday. It was ridiculous :)

Works for me! I would say 1 slice for every 25 balls hit would be a pretty good exchange. Maybe not calorie-wise, but the guilt more than makes up for the difference. :D You're doing fine!

pizza is certainly one of those wonderful creations that we all can agree is good/great now and then ... so easy to eat, so full of all the things we love. yum. @DariyKing, as many balls as I am beating around, I could eat pizza for life! Guilt-free. too funny. i have three kids, so pizza night/movie night is a must ... every 2 weeks, so really, as long as i plan for it i rarely feel guilt. @Steph ... you and i both will get back on the wagon tuesday! Swim Club opens this weekend ... so i will be watching myself the rest of the weekend ... and am ready for bathing suit season! i have never uttered those words before. ;) @Anne --- you are strong to avoid pizza ... good for you! you really do set a great example for us. i love your dedication. have fun y'all!
