A drop for me... I'm surprised!.. Im very sensitive to sodium intake so I'm very surprised ... I had tons of pork rinds during the game last night...tons... lol. Contemplating on no carb days incorporated into my plan... Also began my stretching routine and I began doing my callanetics again.. its difficult for me in the beginning but 21 days and its a habit. Water needs to become a better habit... in need of making up some kind of charting sheet somewhere in my journal so I'm aware of my intake. Hope you all enjoyed your weekend...post please and inform me if you stayed on or off plan. I stayed on my plan... even stayed and didn't touch that delicious looking chili dog pinwheel platter...Well to be truthful.. I touched it but I just picked a small piece of melting cheese from it that's all lol ...I love melted cheese;)
