Its going to be a 12 hr day for me today so I'm better prepared today than last weeks 16 hr day but also I was informed ahead of time D.O.N. asked me yesterday if I could work 12hrs. today so that makes a difference in preparing.
I also brought a gallon of water ..yep... your heard correct...a whole gallon..so that I can get my water intake in...
I'm charting it too under FS food intake... I'm going to do this every time I drink a bottle 16.9 oz and Ive almost have 2 finished...it helps me to be more aware..
hopefully 21 days and it will be a habit...
Thanking everyone who had sent over any input on doing my water intake yesterday...

Like to hear about your input on what you do or are doing to get your water intake in..
Im journaling all your advice...this will help me I write it all into my keto notebook and this definitely does assist me into being a more efficient and a more productive newbie...
Yes the newbie will be growing up someday with everyones help...I still have much more to accomplish though..

Yeah,it might not be peaceful Patty cakes... I work in the lock down unit but still can be productive sweetie..Im drinking my water Yay!...not really enjoying it for now but doing it..I wish you a wonderful day too sweetie xoxoxo;)

Just food for thought...Dr Berg (keto/fasting guru?) says it’s not true that we need 8 glasses of water a day and can even be dangerous if we drink too much? Scroll to the bottom and read... https://www.drberg.com/blog/the-drink-8-glasses-of-water-per-day-lie I’ve notice I feel a bit better when I back off the water a little—maybe flushing out too many electrolytes?
