Dom said I could go as low as 120 pounds before hitting danger zone. I wonder what I would look like if I weighed that much. I've never weighed that much in my entire life. I'd look like a model... hmmm. Can I do it? Do I want to do it? Would it be worth it? Today is the beginning of a new journey in heath and wellness.

Looking good is great, but your health and feeling good is really important too. You have to gauge how your feel and look and decide if the weight goal is sustainable. As your weight goes down, make the decision. You might feel you don't look or feel good at 120 so take it a pound at a time. Good luck!
