Missfatfreak's Journal, 22 May 2012

So today I met Dom the trainer at 24 Hour Fitness to get my bodyfat and weigtht checked. I found out the harsh reality that I am 27.5% body fat and weigh 166.9 pounds with all my clothes and shit on. I felt a bit disapponted with myself. I know I'm better than that. Have I been emotionally eating? Fuck yeah I've been. I started college a year ago and ever since then my weight has been steadily increasing. I feel like a fat freak which is why my username is Missfatfreak... lol. My goal is to get down to 140-145. I remember back when I was working with another trainer I weighed 151 with all my shit on and I was at 15% bodyfat (something like that). My goal is to be healthy and feel good. I really just want to be where I was before except this time I don't want my weight to plumet up and down but stay where it is. Ever since I started college my life has been busy and chaotic. I remember I started to buy a lot of Chipolte and a lot of Starbucks the moment I started school. These became my comfort buddies and my body has suffered because of it.
There was one more thing... I've been thinking about competeting in fitness shows for the experince and motivation. Hey and if I win I would love prizes that include $$$. Anyawys this is the beginning of a new experince and journey. I might as well shut up, work hard and listen to what my trainer tells me. No more bullshit. I'm ready.
