Ok - I didn't lose much from being a good girl yesterday, but by golly, I sure feel better this morning!! I have GOT to re-read these journals when I fall off the wagon, and remind myself how much everything improves - the joint pain, fatigue...everything!!!!

Glad you were good and feeling the rewards. I must remember how good it feels when eating on plan (if I keep that in mind while staring at the desert table it might help my resolve)
