i drank tons of water yesterday and this happened!!!
248.7 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 58.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'd say you maybe lowered your carbs! Water is good and necessary but I think you deserve the credit for a great drop!

Thanks guys!!! Regardless of it being water or not I haven't weighed this little in quite some time!! I'm happy with my progress and excited for another week....I'm always better on week days :)
