Don't wait until next week, do it now. The thing about falling off the wagon is getting right back on. So you didn't do well at one meal, that doesn't mean you have to stop the diet, just move on to the next meal and eat what you are supposed to eat (or just make it a salad), then the next meal eat what you are supposed to, and then the next, etc. No need to wait and redo next week, do it with the next meal:). Hang in there.
