Following this low carb crap ain't easy, but I did. First week and 5 down was nice. Second week and 1 down sucks. Real heavy workouts tue, wed, thurs. water weight may be off. Will weigh again tommorow and see whats up

Sounds like your muscles are retaining water from the workouts. Just keep going and you should start seeing nice losses in the next couple of weeks. It takes time for your muscles to get used to the new exercise. Cherry juice is supposed to help with the muscles.
