Overweight = 25.0 - 29.9 =< 180
Obese I = 30.0 - 34.9 =< 210.3
Obese II = 35.0 - 39.9 > 210.3

Today 213.4 = BMI of 35.4...almost OBESE I, I'm still a class Obese II dude...I see the light...next week baby...

224 - 210 = 14 lbs.
224 - 200 = 24 lbs.
224 - 180 = 44 lbs.
224 - 150 = 74 lbs.


Goals 210 - 200 - 180 - 150

245.0 = BMI 40.77
224.0 = BMI 37.27
210.3 = BMI 34.9
