220ish by April 1 - 30 pounds total
200ish by End of Summer - 5 pounds a month
180-190 by End of Year - 5 pounds a month

220.8 March 29...Goal completed...barely...30 pounds in 5 Months...2 belt sizes...instead of size 40...going sub 38 now...Large t-shirts almost fit...little tight but XL to big...wearable...quick stepping now...feeling good.

Keys: Exercise, Watch and log everything, Don't eat too much (just once in a while).


Kaiser 11/3/2014 250lbs...Jumping back on the horse 12/26/2014 weight at 248.9...Johnny's got CHF...scared the hell out of me.
