330AM..goood morning...54 outside here in southern illinois..rain to be here at 520am..getting ready to head into fitness room an get road bike/trainer set up to do my morning zwift ride..in richmond va today..not one of my favorite routes...but not alot of choice today..tomorrow it will be london..just need to decide im gonna ride an get on riding clothes an do my morning ride..

havent ate since last night about 330pm when i had my protein shake/creatine..so on a fast/burn the fat..will set up my protein/creatine with coffee..an then do hopefully a 20 plus mile ride...need at least 20 miles to keep my weekly ave at 4x20=80 miles per week..last week i hit 117 for the week..had a great riding week..

headed to walmart this morning about 930am..to get weekly supplies..and then need to run some errands..just another busy day..hoping to get a ride in outside today..temps are suppose to be in 50s today...but very windy..so not sure if i will get an afternoon ride in or not till it gets closer...

well...time to get up an move..need to prep water for morning workout..an get riding clothes on..an set up zwift on laptop to ride...

update to morning ride...30.2 mile ride..1:35 time of ride...19 ave speed..1035 in calories..ended up being a great ride and workout...
