Food for Fuel- Ate a little late last night (9pm) over 700 calories ... burned three hours before bed and will not eat until 12pm today. I am see really good progress. I have noticed that eating and then waiting works much better than waiting and then eating. There is magic in knowing what is in your tank and not putting more fuel in till your body has time to burn-off your last meal.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
