Food for Fuel- Just under 500 Calories for dinner allowed me to have breakfast. Just under 300 for breakfast so I will be ready for lunch anytime after 11am. I am planning on just under 500 for lunch so that should set me right for Dinner. For whatever reason this diet has really disrupted my digestive system. I am adding fiber pills to my diet and it seems to be working.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
