Starting over. Determined to make big changes.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.4 lb a week

So my goal for today was to log in a 5 lb. weight loss. It was only 4.9 lbs. "Are you kidding me?" But I stayed on track, totaled over 7000 steps for the day, and set my sights on 10 lbs. total for 2/24.

I'm still have trouble with dropping lbs. I finally hit 5 lbs. only to gain 1.5 within 2 days and I've been totally faithful. Very deflating.

Try keeping a log of your measurements too! Sometimes the scale is slow to budge, but suddenly a skirt that didn't fit before suddenly zips up. 😉

Thank you for your support. I bought a new pair of jeans in November - Size 16, and I was happy and comfortable. But, last weekend they were just a bit large. I kept pulling them up. Today I bought a Size 14W in the same style and they feel great; not too loose, not too tight. So there was a little change.
